Contemporary Fabric Creations is owned by Staci and Bill McLauchlan.  We’ve been living aboard our trawler full time for over nine years. In that time, we’ve traveled from the Bahamas to Nova Scotia and the Canadian Maritimes.

Our home, “Tapestry”, is a Krogen 58 that we named after the Carol King song. The first verse of that song reflects the way we feel about the cruising lifestyle.

Staci does all of her work onboard the boat either while underway, at anchor or at the dock.   Bill keeps the books and manages the web site.  (If you’d like to read about our travels on Tapestry, you can click here).
